We have been supervising business in Japan since 2000 with base on manpower management. Our primary target is to ‘create betterment by contributing to the community by individuals’, so we have provided superiority to respecting human beings.

Our company consider that adopting the current laws is primary and we have created a rule that the employees employed through us are like guests to us.

In the ancient times of our country of around 20 years, we are blissful to discover and understand from the appraisal of the employer companies that the employees we have consign have worked with various companies, admired their working technique and build improvement in their work.

Although, the birth rate in Japan is decreasing and the rate of aging is rising, our organization has been encouraging its foreign employment strategy past 2014 and presently employs higher than 500 foreign employees through 21 countries.
