Objectives

There are around 1 lakh Nepalese living in Japan including students, workers, businessmen etc. If we look at the declining population of Japan and the increasing number of elderly people, it seems that there will be a huge shortage of manpower in Japan within the next 5 years. In this situation, Japan has adopted a policy of supplying workers from 9 countries in 14 different sectors . The visa is called to “TOKUTEI GINOU 1 GO” ( SSW1). To make it easy and systematic, the japan government has given approval to make various companies. In which our main company has also taken the approvals of collaborators and facilitators. Currently there is a huge demand for Nepali workers in the companies we have collaborated with, so we have been researching the feasibility of various schools, colleges, language schools, hospitals and other related areas in Nepal for a long time. After research we have conclude that , it is possible for Japan to supply the required skilled manpower from Nepal, but for that, it is necessary to give them the right skills, art and culture of Japan, livelihood and basic work training in Nepal. Supplying workers without training can lead to various problems in Japanese companies, we are providing proper training from Japanese and Nepali trainers in Nepal. Our aim is to make Nepal-Japan relation more conducive by creating a comfortable environment in Japanese companies and to provide the right training and education to play a role in solving Japan’s labour shortage and Nepal’s unemployment problems.
